They suggested I make new reservations through priceline.com once I did that, by their suggestion they never told me they found my original reservation so I was charged twice, and they refused to refund me my money, they are a horrible company, I have made several reports against them and no one has contacted me regarding this matter. 419-905-6423 Tanya Patton

We had a great trip. It was the perfect launching point for our visit to the Cincinnati area. The immediate area was great--super good restaurants and bars within just a few minutes. And did we mention our unit was on the street of the MARDI GRAS PARADE! What fun! Getting into Cincy was a breeze--and we enjoyed the multiple art galleries, (Sign Museum was a TREAT!) and the zoo!

The staff could have been a little more friendly. Also breakfast was to be included in the price of the room but was not aware of a needed voucher? Had to show a copy of receipt where breakfast was included. My younger brother and I were there for a weekend football game; the staff didn't make us feel very welcome.
