What a beautiful location! It is tucked in the trees, and you can get to Wal-Mart in 20 minutes. This property, however, needed to be cleaned really badly. We found dirty underwear, dead flies, broken beer bottles, beer cans, random broken games everywhere. All of the chairs from the patio were thrown around with the cushions all sopping wet. There also isn't a dishwasher, so you have to wash all your dishes by hand. There is no cabinet space, so be prepared to leave all your stuff on the counter. There were many problems with this place, but at least we got SNOW!
