Event was canceled without any party letting me know it was canceled. I received tickets and confirmation. Made it to the departure destination and they told me my event was canceled. Traveled from out of town. This was my first planned event and it did not take place.

Beautiful view, is an unforgettable experience! The pilot was very knowledgeable and nice. Is a must to do if you are visiting Arizona.

Very unprofessional. None to Poor communications. Sketchy crew. We cancelled and forfeited ALL monies as felt unsafe to balloon. Disastrous experience!!

For retired people like us, a provision should be there to climb up in bus and gondola. It was vary difficult for my wife to get in the van and gondola. Although other riders ad crew members were vary helpful.

Safety Concerns of the crew abilities, delayed start of an hour Rude & poor communication skills with us Landed very late in the Desert which was Dark & rocky area which felt unsafe

The experience was okay. It was pretty cool to see how the pilot prepares the hot air balloon for take off with the fuel and fire. Landing was the best part.

You can only hope this was a bad day for the company, but all signs point to a company in need of customer service training, safety training for staff and updated equipment. Our experience has too many red flags to share. Please do your research before choosing a ballooning company. We learned that the best price does not equal quality and safety. Proceed with extreme caution if you choose this company.

Honestly we were super excited about this experience and it was all disappointment. I reached out to the team via messages from trip advisor to make sure were all set as I saw other reviews that did have their reservation wasn’t correct. As I didn’t hear from them. I then called them multiple times to verify, I constantly got their voicemail. finally I got a call back from heather who completely got me confused with another person trying to book a reservation, she continuously kept saying we’re booked solid when I had a confirmation. Finally, we were able to come to the same conclusion that I’m my ticket was valid and I was all set. Now today of our hott air balloon adventure, I get a call saying our trip was cancelled due to weather issues “apparently too windy”. I missed the phone call and received this in voicemail. In the voicemail they also notified me to call them back to reschedule. I called back maybe 15 times since my missed phone called and received a message that the voicemail was full. As you can imagine that’s extremely frustrating as hott air balloons aren’t cheap and I am unable to get a hold of anyone or leave a voicemail. After a few hours had passed and over 15 phone calls, faith from the hott air balloon called back and insisted nothing was wrong with voicemail being full and their was nothing for them to do. Just to call trip advisor and get a refund. Overall, terrible customer service for an adventure we were so excited to embark with them. If I have any suggestions, please use a different company.

If you want to put your life and wellbeing of your family on the line and pay for it, this is the place to go. The combination of disregarding the simplest safety rules, coupled with aggression and arrogance of the team turns your stomach at the sight of the material. The handling of criticism and failure to provide service makes this company truly unique in Arizona. Welcome to hell! Alternatively take another company in the area of Phoenix. There are professionals too offering safety, pleasure and service for the same price.

A breathtaking (literally) experience! Went up 5,000 feet in the balloon with the crew and 10 other people. Amazing to see the process and fly through the air. The team really seemed to know what they were doing and the champagne toast afterward was delightful. Beautiful views of the desert + downtown and the sunset.
