While I had previously booked well over 50 tours through Viator all over the world Steve was the first one ever to call me the day that I booked the tour to ask questions about what we wanted for the tour so that he could plan. So when on the day of the tour when Jonathan showed up he knew exactly what we wanted to do and what our expectations of the tour were. He was well prepared and accomodating.

Noel was extremely knowledgeable about the history and unique characteristics of the Phone metro area. We felt incredibly smarter after the tour.

We had a wonderful city tour of Phoenix. Our tour guide, John, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us lots of information about the City he loves. He was courteous, flexible and sensitive to our time and our tour requests. He made our tour fun. We would recommend this tour and we will no doubt take another different tour with this group and hopefully have John as our tour guide in the future.
