I loved the tour it allowed me to see everything I wanted to see in Yosemite. Plus Denise was an awesome guide, she made tour fun. She is very knowledgeable not just about the tour but anything you want to know about California. I definitely recommend this tour. Thanks.

In my opinion, this is the best way to check out Yosemite for the first time and simply enjoy its natural beauty without the hassle of logistics planning. Denise was a stellar tour guide! She told engaging stories throughout the drive, informing us about the history of California, it’s landscape and the many figures that shaped Yosemite’s history. She was also a deft driver. Whew! Those mountain roads are no joke and Denise got us to our many destinations safely and on time.

Was given a place to be pick up and the address wasn’t correct. Late to pick up and then beeped at us to hurry up. Driver a little aggressive with smaller cars. The AC vent was dirty. The “stops/ pass by” we’re not the same as what was promoted online. We did not get the same amount of time in these stops. Spent more time sitting on a bus than actually sightseeing/exploring. Dropped off at one stop with no idea which way to go, what was available to see. Ended up spending most of two hours lost trying to find a good direction to go.

Yosemite is gorgeous so any bit you get is worth it. I understand time is a constraint, but I would have appreciated more frequent stops to various view points. The driver’s accent was hard to understand. I would have appreciated to see sunset in Yosemite. This trip is ok for the price, just not too impressed.

I will be seeking a partial refund. But I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this tour. First, I receive a text at 6:20 am that the tour bus will be 10 - 15 minutes late for our 9:45 am tour to Yosemite. Then at 10:00 am, no bus is still there. I text back the number at 10:15 am for an ETA. They said maybe 15 more minutes. 10:30 am arrives- STILL NO BUS. I then call the phone number and they said they will call the driver. Finally, at 10:45 am, an hour later, the bus shows up. And the tour guide doesn't even apologize. We came all the way from LA. Then it gets worse. She drives very fast and dangerous, probably to make up for time. Her mic doesn't work well so we couldn't hear anything she had to say. She even had the nerve to say, direct quote "I was going to talk about the trees but don't feel like yelling since the mic doesn't work, so I am not going to talk about them". She rushes each stop- only gave us 10 - 15 minutes to look at El Capitan and another location, she blamed the weather. Then we don't even stop at the last location where there is suppose to be a small lake because other people on the bus didn't want to, like hey we paid a pretty penny for the tour. I was better off driving myself so I didn't feel rushed just because she was late.

My friend has terminal cancer, has a wheelchair and one of her wishes on her bucket list was to see Sequoia trees. She has one lung which has cancer and also has it in her pancreas and liver. She can walk but for short distances and wanted to use her wheelchair. She would be pushed by her friend through the park so she could relax and enjoy the scenery. For sake of anonymity we will call her RC. Extranomical's bus driver told RC to walk and not use her wheel chair. The two had no idea how long the walk would be and he did not provide ANY accommodations for a disabled person. I am sure he understood that the terrain would not be good for them to use a wheel chair but he did not arrange for a ride or assistance at all. This must be a violation of ADA rules and standards for companies transporting customers in federal, state and county parks. Not only did he not help them to get to the trees which is what they signed up for, he yelled at them telling them "to figure it out" after stating that they needed help. He lectured RC and then after finally getting a park ranger after she was short of breath and couldn't walk anymore, he continued yelling and stating that he told them not to see the trees. This is not okay, RC is dying, this was the one thing she wanted to do. Anyone that saw her would know right away that she is going through chemotherapy and is doing the best that she can. On extranomical's website they have no information about wheel chairs or any restrictions about having one on such trips. If your company can not accommodate then it should be on your website and stated so people understand that they may not be able to see what is advertised if they have a disability. They trusted your company to guide them and you failed. Your driver should have asked them what they wanted to see on the trip and contacted appropriate channels to get them the help they needed, not ostracize them and raise his voice to them. He showed absolutely no empathy for someone who is struggling in life. The company was contacted regarding the matter and they totally ignored all correspondence. SHAME ON YOU! - DO BETTER
