Hello I’m writing this review because this company took money from my account for two bookings. We decided to go on a two day tour instead of a one day tour which I did not confirm the one-day tour and they charge me for both. I spoke to several people to get my refund on one at least of these two bookings. Then none of the places that were on the bookings of the 40 attractions we’re open or excepting the all inclusive vouchers. I was very disappointed that as a travel nurse to this area I was stolen from basically and This 3rd party vender so I was told by ghost city. Ghost city also was a part of refusing to speak to me about my refund. I know there are terms and conditions that I was unaware of however in the world of being fair in a business transaction this company should have gave me my refund. I would never do a person or persons so dirty. I suggest no one book from vrator.com. One more thing. I did not confirm the first booking. Which was through my email. Because I got the two day booking. I opened the email after I looked at my bank account to verify that they had charged me twice!!

I purchased a pass for 10-8 and 10-10. My husband and I were able to do 3 attractions on 10-8. The duck boat, the sightseeing river boat tour, and the hop on hop off tour. Unfortunately when we went to do the sightseeing tour, the ticketer had trouble scanning the pass. I believe he somehow activated the pass for the 10th. So on the 10th when I tried to use it, I was told it was expired. When I called customer service I was told it was expired. So basically I wasted over $100 on that pass. Why would it even be allowed to be activated if I purchased it for a separate day? When I called customer service I was offered a 10% refund…that’s not sufficient for the money wasted. This was my first and last time using this service. I will go back to using city pass and I will let everyone I know, know not to use this service! 😤😤😤

Well worth the money if you're a traveler that likes to see and do everything. The pass allowed us quick and easy access to multiple sights and activities. The bonus was, we even enjoyed many attractions we didn't plan on getting to. Sorry there were so many 1 star reviews. We had no problems with admission to anything offered. My advice would be during the ever changing CoVid situation, check the status of attractions multiple times before heading out to see them. We did and every thing went along smooth as silk.

The Aquarium was awesome! The hop on/hop off trolley only ran a minimum number of hours and nothing after 4:30 PM. If you are using the multi pass for that, don’t waste your money. It seems Boston only wants people to use the trolleys during the day, not in the evening/night time.

THE TEA PARTY IS NOT INCLUDED. it offers it as an option and was a huge reason for us to get the pass. When we tried to buy our tickets they said they don’t partner with the go pass and we would still have to pay. Felt a little like a waste of money.

Horrible company and a waste of money. They did not send me the tickets and kept sending me to Viator to request them. Viator continued to ask me to call the Boston company. many attractions would not allow me to redeem Viator voucher.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I am aware that a great deal of items and situations are consistently changing because of covid, but the information available is very deceiving. When researching this purchase, there was little information about what was actually open and what wasn't. I tried to do my research and see what was open by doing searches, and things were seemingly open, but they were not. Clearly, Boston is not a popular late winter/early spring vacation destination, and many places do not open until late April and May. However, the second I paid my money a list showed up that clearly let me know only six things were open out of 45. Again, I anticipated that we would not do everything, but 6? It is a shame that this is the way this is handled, and trip advisor is the only one to blame because they have this information and refuse to share it until you have spent your money. Shame on you trip advisor and your business practices.
