Center of Seattleâ€™s LGBTQ community for years, this neighborhood is packed with little independent shops, bars and attitude.

We will learn about the history of â€˜the hillâ€™, and visit one of Seattleâ€™s oldest parks with great views of the Space Needle. Along the way, we will check out a few of Seattleâ€™s best book stores, some great record shops, sample locally made ice cream and confections, enjoy the best espresso in the city (in my opinion!) and see some of the most famous bars and live music venues in the city. This is a great way to plan your weekend agenda while in town if nightlife is your thing!

The tour and Lynn (the owner) were great! It was like visiting an old friend who knew a lot about the city. We saw a lot of things we would have never found on our own. She knew a lot of history about the Capitol Hill neighborhood and experienced its many changes. Very down to earth. Coffee and water were a nice touch as well as the narwhal balls at The Unicorn. Would definitely book a tour with her again! Fun and relaxing experience.

Layne was a fabulous tour guide and we had such a fun time with her. She loves the city and helps you fall in love with it too by showing you all the funky, fun, and beautiful sites in Seattle.

Lynn is a super guide to all things Seattle not covered in the ‘Highlights’ kind of tour. If you’re interested in the heart and soul of this city, book this tour. As we were a small group, we shared our interests and she led us to the best live music venues and bookstores. Great details about the history of these places added even more depth. The 3 hours flew by with all this to see! We will repeat this tour each time we are in Seattle to stay current.

I went on the Capitol Hill tour with Lynn and I have to say Wowza this girl knows what's up! I picked that tour because I used to live on Capitol Hill, but my boyfriend had never experienced it. Well I soon realized on the tour that neither had I! She immediately brought us to Vivace, which I was very familiar with, but she recommended a drink that I have never heard of, which is now a drink that makes me want to go back to Capitol Hill! Then she brought us all over different areas that I never thought to go and showed me an amazing history that I never knew. Then we went to some of the local bars, but still she schooled me with really cool facts that I never would have known! Seriously the most amazing tour, that I thought was just going to be for my boyfriend. I highly recommend!!!

Capitol Hill tour was great! Lynn knows so much about this I learned about awesome (diamond in the rough) places there that I had not visited before even though I had lived on the Hill for for 13 years. Even the places I had been before I got to see through new eyes due to the inclusion of history about the places we visited. The whole tour was relaxed but not too slow, and I loved that we got to ask so many questions due to the small tour size. An excellent experience and I can't wait to go on other tours to learn more about the city I already love!
